The Rotary Club of Kapaa invites you to become a Silent Auction donor for the
23rd Annual Taste of Hawaii. Called "The Ultimate Sunday Brunch", the event has
been voted "Best Community Event" six years running, and will take place once again
June 3rd, 2012 at Smith's Tropical Paradise. Bringing chefs from fine hotels and
restaurants across the state, the afternoon of food, wine and entertainment always
draws a sold out crowd.
Taste of Hawaii is the primary source of fundraising for the Rotary Club of Kapaa's
annual operating budget. The success of this annual event allows us to continue our
work of helping the community's less fortunate by; supporting community-based
projects, providing scholarship grants and by contributing to nonprofit organizations.
Please help our ongoing community involvement by donating an item or gift
certificate to be used in our silent auction. Your generosity will be greatly
appreciated. All donation items will be attractively displayed along with any
brochures or business information you wish to provide. This is a unique opportunity to
showcase your company or product and to show your support for this incredible
community event.
The Rotary Club of Kapaa is a 501©(3) organization so your donation qualifies as a
charitable contribution. To donate an item, please complete the enclosed donor form
and return it by May 15th. After the event, a thank you letter will be sent to you and
will serve as your receipt for tax purposes.
